SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Seattle University women’s soccer forward Kailee Wilson has been named the West Coast Conference (WCC) Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season, as announced by the conference office Monday.

The senior from Mililani, Hawai‘i, delivered a standout week, recording two goals and an assist in a 4-0 victory over San Diego on Wednesday. Wilson scored her first collegiate brace and added an assist to finish with five points in the match. She followed that performance by scoring the opening goal in Seattle U’s 2-1 road victory at Pacific on Saturday.

“Kailee has been playing some of her best soccer over the past few games,” said Head Coach Julie Woodward. “She continues to make a huge impact on the field for us. She is such an incredible leader both on and off the field and sets such a great example for her teammates in everything she does.”

Wilson leads Seattle U with seven goals on the season and ranks second on the team with six assists. Her 20 points rank third in the WCC.

This marks Wilson’s second WCC Offensive Player of the Week selection this season, having previously earned the honor for the week of Aug. 17–23.
