SEATTLE — Seattle U men's soccer put together a dominant offensive performance Thursday night, scoring three times in each half on the way to a 6-1 victory over UC Davis at Championship Field.

The Redhawks improved to 2-2-0 on the season with the win, while UC Davis fell to 0-3-2. Seattle U finished with a 19-9 advantage in shots, including a 9-3 edge in shots on target, and earned 10 corner kicks to the Aggies' five.

Seattle U opened the scoring in the 28th minute when Dylan Wojdyla found the back of the net for his first collegiate goal. Aidan Fong and Alex Notzka were credited with assists on the play.

The Redhawks doubled their lead less than two minutes later as Leo Flores scored an unassisted goal in the 30th minute for his first collegiate goal. Seattle U continued its first-half surge in the 33rd minute, with Notzka scoring his fourth goal of the season off assists from Fong and Obasi Thompson.

Notzka added his second goal of the night in the 58th minute, converting a chance set up by Flores to extend the lead to 4-0. That made it five goals and one assist for Notzka over his last two matches.

Flores struck again in the 72nd minute, scoring his second goal of the evening to make it 5-0. The Redhawks added one more in the 87th minute when Fong scored his third goal of the season, assisted by Patrick Kearney.
