SEATTLE - The Seattle University women's tennis team announced it's full 2026-27 schedule today, including four fall tournaments and 18 duels.
The Redhawks began the season with a showcase tournament against Eastern Washington from September 26-27 in Cheney, Wash., in which both teams try different singles and doubles combinations to hone in their lineups before tournament play. Then, from October 8-13, Seattle U will travel south to Stanford, Calif., to compete in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's Northwest Regional Championships, where the team will compete in both doubles and singles.
Next, Seattle U will compete at the Gonzaga Fall Invitational from October 30-November 1 in Spokane, Wash., before finishing out the fall tournament season at the Oregon Duck Invitational November 6-8 in Eugene, Ore.
After a month off, the Redhawks will being duel play by facing both Montana and Gonzaga in Spokane, Wash., January 16 and 17, respectively. A week later, Seattle U will return to eastern washington to face Washington State on January 23, and Idaho January 24 in Pullman, Wash.
Seattle U will then travel out of state to Eugene, Ore., to play UC Riverside February 6 and Oregon on February 7. On February 12, the Redhawks will take a short trip across the Sound to face off against the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Wash.
The Redhawks will host their first duel of the season February 13 against Sacramento State, and will be held at either the Seattle University Tennis Courts or Amy Yee Tennis Center depending on weather. They will host again the next week, when they face Loyola Marymount February 18.
Two days later, Seattle U will travel down to Beaverton, Ore., to face Portland State on February 20 to wrap up the month.
To start March, the team will head for two duels in Bozeman, Mont., facing off against host Montana State on March 5, and New Mexico State March 6.
The Redhawks will host Utah State in Seattle March 13 before traveling east to face new conference-mate Denver on March 21 in Denver, Colo.
Seattle U will then carry out their next three duels in the state of California, first facing Pacific in Stockton March 26, the duelling Saint Mary's in Moraga on March 27. They then take on Santa Clara in Santa Clara April 3 for their penultimate duel of the season.
The Redhawks will finish the regular season at home, hosting Portland on April 18 for senior day.
