SAINT LOUIS, MO — Seattle U men's soccer dropped its season opener at No. 4 Saint Louis, 0-4, Thursday night in Missouri.

The Redhawks were held to just four shots, with two on frame, in the shutout. Allen Saye Blegay led the team with two shots off the bench, while Tommy Coughlin and Egar Leon each recorded one. In goal, Levi Beiber faced eight shots on target and made four saves in his first start in a Seattle U uniform.

Seattle U (0-1) will look to bounce back early in the season when it heads to East Lansing, Mich., to face Michigan State on Sunday, Aug. 23. Kickoff between the Redhawks and Spartans is scheduled for 11 a.m. PT.
