SEATTLE – Seattle University Athletics announced that it has entered a partnership with Victory GM to serve as the Redhawks’ centralized operating system to support athletic administration, student athlete success, revenue generation and Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) initiatives.
Through Victory GM’s integrated platform, Seattle U will streamline operations across academics, compliance, roster management, sports medicine, recruiting, equipment management, NIL programming and Victory AI. Victory GM will improve department efficiencies while creating new opportunities to support student athletes and strengthen department operations.

Victory GM’s platform provides Seattle U with tools and resources in several key areas, including:
- Victory GM Core – Centralized dashboards for scheduling, communication, file and video sharing, forms, budgeting, sports medicine, recruiting and equipment management.
- Campus Success – to navigate cross-campus communication with academic insights and compliance workflows.
- Victory NIL Marketplace – Tools to facilitate, manage and track NIL opportunities, including direct athlete payments from vendors and group licensing opportunities.
- NIL & Financial Education – Through seven structured modules and 35 interactive lessons, the NIL Playbook integrates key themes of leadership, governance, innovation, professional growth and money management.
- Alumni Engagement with NIL Activation – Segmented alumni outreach tools to drive NIL participation, events, and fundraising after athletes leave campus.
