SEATTLE - In its first season back in the West Coast Conference since 2012 (just want to double check that's the last year women's golf was in the WCC), this time as a full member, the Seattle University women's golf team is well-represented in the postseason WCC All-Academic Team. Jeanne Padillo was named to the 12-member team, and Melissa Gilloz, Aaryanna Morris, and Tsara Ralamboarison were named honorable mention.

Sophomore Jeanne Padillo is majoring in psychology. This is her first collegiate athletics academic award.

Fellow sophomore Melissa Gilloz is a business & economics pre-major, and similarly is receiving her first collegiate athletics academic nod.

Senior Aaryanna Morris will be graduating with a double major in management & marketing. In her freshman year, she was named Academic All-Western Athletic Conference.

Senior Tsara Ralamboarison is receiving her degree in finance. This is her third collegiate academic award, having both been named College Sports Communicators Academic All-District and awarded Academic All-WAC in the 2023-24 school year.

In order to qualify for this honor, student athletes must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA, be at least a sophomore with at least one previous year of at their academic institution, and participate in at least 50% of their institution's competitions.
