SPOKANE, Wash. - The Seattle University women's tennis team completed it's second-to-last road trip of the season, first traveling to Pullman, Wash., to take on Washington State before heading to Spokane, Wash., to face Gonzaga.
The Redhawks failed to secure a point across the two West Coast Conference matches, falling to Washington State 4-0 on Saturday and 4-0 to Gonzaga on Sunday.
Multiple Redhawks had competetive matches stopped prematurely due to Seattle U's opponents clinching victory, most notably senior Lola Tavcar, who secured the first game against her opponent in the duel against Washington State, and went up 7-6 in singles against Gonzaga.
The Redhawks will play their final match of the season on April 18, when they travel to Portland, Ore., to face Portland at 3:00 p.m. PDT.
