SERIES HISTORY
Dating back to the 2010 season, the Redhawks are 8-17 in the all-time series with Washington State. The two sides split their four meetings last year, with WSU taking two of three during a 3-game series in Pullman, while Seattle U took care of business in the lone game at Bannerwood.
RETURN TO BANNERWOOD
The Redhawks will host Washington State at Bannerwood Park on Tuesday, marking the return to their home ballpark for the first time in three weeks. Seattle U is 2-5 at home this season, including a win at T-Mobile Park during the HBCU Seattle Series.
REDHAWKS SWEPT IN SAN FRANCISCO
After taking their inaugural WCC series over Pacific, the Redhawks were swept by San Francisco over the weekend. It was the first time the program has been swept in a conference series since April 25-27 of 2025 when Seattle U fell to Abilene Christian in West Coast Conference play.
ALL HALE
Royce Hale had a breakout series vs San Francisco, going 5-for-12 with two home runs. One of those home runs was a grand slam in game two with the Dons, the first of the junior’s collegiate career. Of the 14 total runs Seattle U scored during the series, Hale drove in half of them.
SOLID ENCORE FOR HAMMER
After being named WCC Pitcher of the Week last week, Kale Hammer followed with another solid performance on the mound. He went 6.0 IP and allowed just two earned on five hits while striking out six. His 4.02 ERA leads the team this season.
