BELLEVUE, WA - Seattle U baseball fell in their series finale with Holy Cross, 3-7, Monday afternoon at Bannerwood Park.
The Redhawks were limited to just three runs, all coming in the 2nd inning off a home run from Preston Armstrong. It was the first collegiate home run for the freshman out of Goodyear, AZ.

Luke Alwood (0-2) was credited with the loss after allowing five earned on six hits over 4.2 innings. He and Jake Morell combined to evenly split 12 strikeouts despite the loss.
The result drops the Redhawks to 2-10 overall as they lose three of four in their series with the Crusaders. Next up will be a mid-week tilt with British Columbia on Wednesday, March 4, at Bannerwood Park.
