SEATTLE - Seattle University softball caps an extended spring break travel slate with a new three game series against Creighton from March 26-28. All three games will be played in Omaha and streamed on ESPN+.
The Redhawks look to make up for their lost three game home series from the second weekend of March, after weather and travel impacted their Sacramento State series.
Seattle U and Creighton will meet for the second time in as many years after traveling to play the Bluejays for a trio of games a season ago. Weather also played a factor in what was originally a four game series in Omaha. The Redhawks and Bluejays squared off for three contests in nearby Council Bluffs, Iowa, with the Redhawks securing the series sweep.
The addition puts the Redhawks at nine games in eight days after returning to action for the first time in two weeks following their home series sweep of Montana on March 7.
Seattle U will remain on the road to start conference play the first week of April, traveling to Stockton, California for a three game series against Pacific. The Redhawks return home to host Saint Mary’s April 10-12.
