Proctor spent all four years of her high school career competing for Bothell’s varsity team, guiding them to the round of 12 in the Washington 4A State Championship her junior year. She was selected to the Brooks Scouting Report All-Star Game that same year. In her sophomore season, he led her club team, EBC Elite, to the Nike Tournament Championship.
