SEATTLE – The Seattle University Redhawks men's and women's cross country schedule for the 2025 season has been released, with the teams set to begin its season on September 2. The Redhawks will compete in four meets before heading to their first West Coast Conference Championship on November 1 in Spokane, Wash.
Seattle U will kick off its season with a duel meet against the University of Washington on September 2 in Seattle. The Redhawks will stay in-state for their next meed, heading to the Cougar Classic in Pullman, Wash., on September 12.
The teams break from action until October 4, when then head south for the Charles Bowles Invite in Salem, Ore. The Redhawks will wrap up their regular season in Santa Clara, Calif., competing in the Bronco Invitational on October 18.
Seattle U's first WCC Championship will be in Spokane on November 1. The NCAA West Regional will be held in Sacramento, Calif., on November 14, followed by the NCAA Championship in Columbia, Mo., on November 22.
