SEATTLE - A tightly contested road match went against the Seattle University Redhawks, who fell 4-3 against Idaho on Saturday. The Redhawks took the doubles point, as well as singles points from Natalia Michta and Liliya Dimova, but could not get the fourth point to seal the dual match.

After a loss on court one, the Redhawks clawed back to take the doubles point. The duo of Dimova and Daria Nazarenko won 7-5 on court two, then Lola Tavcar and Lamija Avdic won 7-5 on court three to earn the point. Avdic and Tavcar remain undefeated in doubles play during the spring season.

In singles play, Dimova was just as strong as in doubles. The senior won 6-2, 6-3 on court two, her first singles win of the spring season. Michta won her match 6-2, 6-4 on court five for her first singles win after falling in three sets last time out, against Long Beach State.

The Redhawks turn around quickly, playing at Washington State tomorrow at 2:30 pm. After that, it will be a road matchup at Portland on February 21.
