The Seattle University Redhawks fell 4-0 to the Washington Huskies in their first dual match of the spring season.

SEATTLE - The Seattle University Redhawks fell 4-0 to the Washington Huskies in their first dual match of the spring season.

Filip Stipic and Yu-Han Hsieh were leading 4-3 in their doubles match but did not finish as UW took the other two matches and the doubles point.

Michael Frank, Yuan Lu, and Veselin Kiselkov all had their singles matches not finish. Frank had a close-fought 4-6 first set but did not start his second set.

The Redhawks will have a four-match homestand coming up next. That stretch will begin when Seattle University hosts Gonzaga on January 25 at the Amy Yee Tennis Center.
