SEATTLE - The Seattle University Redhawks will host the tenth annual Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational this week at the Tacoma Country and Golf Club in Tacoma. The tournament, taking place September 30 and October 1, will be 54 holes.

Seattle University is one of 17 teams at the Harbottle Invitational. They will be competing with British Columbia, CSU Fullerton, California Baptist, Eastern Washington, Fresno State, Gonzaga, Houston Christian, Idaho, North Dakota, Northern Colorado, Portland State, Saint Martin's, Santa Clara, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, and Weber State.

This is the third tournament of the season for the Redhawks and second they have hosted. Last time out, the Redhawks took third out of 13 teams at the Eagle Invitational in Worley, Idaho, finishing behind only CSUN and North Dakota State.

Rivekka Jumagulova has been Seattle University's top finisher at both tournaments thus far, finishing at +3 at the Leadership & Golf Invitational and at even par at the Eagle Invitational. Annika Cruz, Tsara Ralamboarison, and Jeanne Padillo have all featured at both tournaments thus far this season.

Last year at the Harbottle Invitational, the Redhawks finished fifth among 22 teams. The Redhawks won the tournament in 2021, their first team win at the Harbottle, finishing first among 20 teams.
