SEATTLE - The full schedule for the 2025 indoor track and field season was announced today for the Seattle University Redhawks. The Redhawks will have four events, all in Seattle, before February's WAC Indoor Championships.

The Redhawks have impressed already this season, recording the first- and second-fastest times in the women's 3000m at the Colyear-Danville Season Opener. Lilianne Hargreaves (9:36.11) and Azalea Groleau (9:41.85) each beat the previous school record in that event, previously held by Hargreaves.

Seattle University's next four meets will all be hosted by Washington at the Dempsey Indoor Facility. First up will be the UW Preview, set for January 17 at noon. That will quickly be followed by Mile City, which will take place the next day, January 18. Last year at the UW Preview, Hargreaves set a new school record for the 3000m, which she beat at the Colyear-Danville this year.

The Redhawks will also take part in the two-day UW Invitational, which runs January 31 and February 1. The final indoor event before the conference championships will be the Husky Classic, taking place February 14 and 15. Groleau ran the second-best 3000m time in Seattle University history at last year's Husky Classic, a mark she also broke at this year's Colyear-Danville Season Opener.

This year's WAC Indoor Championships will be at The Podium in Spokane. The two-day event begins February 28 and ends March 1. Last season, the Redhawks earned the distance medley relay conference title with a time of 12:05.94. Groleau, Hargreaves, Taylor Marks, and McKenna White all return from that team.
