Redhawks Face Lancers in WAC Semifinals

PHOENIX, AZ - Seattle U men's soccer will open their run in the 2024 Western Athletic Conference tournament when they face California Baptist in the semifinals on Wednesday, Nov. 13. The match which is being hosted on the campus of Grand Canyon, will kick off at 6pm PT.

• Seattle U opens their pursuit of another WAC title when they face California Baptist in the semifinals of the conference tournament on Wednesday.
• This will be the second meeting of the season between the Redhawks and Lancers, with SU getting a last second game-winner on the road by Richy Lapointe-Guevara in late October.
• The Redhawks were well represented in the WAC postseason awards, having seven players named to one of the All-WAC teams. Demian Alvarez and Edgar Leon were the big winners, taking home Defensive Player of the Year and Freshman of the year respectively.
• Seattle U ended the regular season with a 10-4-3 record and the second overall seed in the WAC tournament. It is now back-to-back 10-win seasons in the Nate Daligcon era.
• Seattle U had the highest goal scoring duo in the conference this season, with Titus Washington and Taketo Onodera combining for 14.
