EUGENE, Ore. - Seattle U women's soccer opens the 2024 campaign with match ups vs Oregon and Idaho this week. The Redhawks will head south to Eugene to face the Ducks on Thursday before returning to Championship Field to host the Vandals on Sunday.

- The Redhawks were picked 2nd, tied with Grand Canyon, in the WAC Preseason Coaches' Poll. Reigning regular season champions Utah Valley picked as favorites
- Senior Kait Raffensperger was selected as the WAC Preseason Defender of the Year.
- Joining Raffensperger on the All-WAC preseason team is a pair of juniors in U'i Kaaihue and Caroline Penner.
- The Redhawk program has reached and/or won the WAC title match in nine of the last 11 seasons. Including five NCAA appearances.
