The bullpen was lights out as well, with Brady Liddle and Cameron Dayton combining to give up no hits or runs. Dayton, who pitched the final three innings of the game, was credited with his fourth save of the season.

Offensively the Redhawks were powered by the bat of Trevor Antonson. The shortstop went 2-for-4 with a double, and drove in three of the Redhawks four runs on the day. Jackson Reed annd Royce Hale were the only other SU players to record a hit on the day.

The win improves the Redhawks to 13-31 on the season and gives them their second win over a Pac-12 opponent this season. They will be back to conference play this weekend when they travel to Orem, UT, to face Utah Valley for a 3-game set.
