"All around poor performance today," said head coach Donny Harrel post game. "We didn't pitch well or hit. Disappointing for a Friday night at home, so need to bounce back tomorrow to even the series"

The Redhawk runs came off an RBI double from Derek Gellos in the first, and a 404-ft solo home run from Jackson Reed (1) in the 4th.

Blake Smith (3-4) was credited with the loss on the mound, going 5 2/3 IP while giving up five earned runs on 10 hits.
