PRINCETON, N.J. – The Seattle University men's basketball season will continue on as the Redhawks have been selected to compete in the 2024 Ro College Basketball Invitational (CBI), held March 23-27 at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Fla.
"We're excited to keep our season going and compete in the postseason against a solid mid-major field," said Head Coach Chris Victor.
Fifteen teams make up the field, with the Redhawks (19-13) earning the No. 3 overall seed. They will open play on Saturday, March 23 versus 14-seed Delaware State (15-18) from the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference. Tip off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, 2:30 p.m. Pacific.

This marks the fifth time in Seattle U's modern-day Division I history that the Redhawks have advanced to a postseason tournament. The Redhawks have three previous appearances in the CBI, most recently in 2018. They also competed in the 2019 CollegeInsider.com Tournament (CIT).
ESPN2 and Flo Hoops will broadcast all of the games. Flo Sports will broadcast the early rounds of the tournament and ESPN2 will air the semifinals and championship game.
