BELLEVUE, WA - Seattle U baseball dropped their series finale with UTRGV, 0-11, Sunday afternoon at Bannerwood Park. The Redhawks were run ruled after seven innings as the offense could not find their spark.
"Disappointing way to end the weekend after playing two good games prior," said head coach Donny Harrel. "We didn't pitch or hit and days like that do not give you opportunities to win."
Despite the result, the Redhawks still won the series vs the Vaqueros, taking two of three. The loss does drop them to 6-12 on the season and to 2-4 in conference play. They will be back in action for a 2-game series at Washington State starting on Tuesday, March 19.
