EUGENE, OR - Seattle U men's tennis wrapped up their roadtrip with a match against Oregon on Saturday, Feb. 10. The Redhawks dropped the match with a score of 4-0.
In doubles play, Julian Worn and Michael Frank paired up to take on Avi Shugar and Lachlan Robertson, dropping the match with a score of 3-6. Filip Stipic and Yu-Han Hsieh also paired up, falling to the duo of Vlad Breazu and Matthew Burton (4-6), earning the Ducks the doubles point.
In singles play, Junior Filip Stipic fell to Vlad Breazu (0-6, 2-6) and Yu-Han Hsieh was defeated by Matthew Burton (3-6, 1-6). To complete the match, junior Michael Frank fell to Lenn Luemkemann (3-6, 2-6).
The Redhawks will continue competition with their home opening match vs. Arkansas on Saturday, February 17, located at the Mercer Island Country Club at 6:00 pm PST.
