KANSAS CITY - Seattle U men's soccer coaches were named the top staff in the Division I Far West Region, as announced by the United Soccer Coaches on Friday. The honor is the result of a vote by other coaches in the same region who are also members of the United Soccer Coaches College Services program.
Head coach Nate Daligcon, assistant coaches Jason Farrell, Brooks Hopp, and Vince Volpe were all named as a part of the award. The coaching staff helped lead the Redhawks to a 12-4-3 record in 2023, including a WAC Regular Season Title, NCAA Tournament berth, and a program best national ranking of 9th.
The Redhawk coaches will now be placed on the National Staff of the Year ballot, with voting beginning in early December and the winner scheduled to be announced on December, 15.
