NEWBERG ORE.-- Seattle U men's tennis finished up their fall tournament play on Saturday, November 11 at the George Fox Tournament.
In singles play on Friday, Julian Worn competed against George Fox's Eli Mizerski defeating him with scores of 4:6, 6:1, and a tie-breaking score of 10:4. Veselin Kiselkov matched up against George Fox's Hunter Fujimori, winning the match with scores of 1:6, 6:1, and a tie-breaking score of 10:5. Filip Stipic defeated Portland State's Andrea Brignacca with scores of 6:4, 2:6, and a tie-breaking score of 10:8. Jun Sasagawa defeated Portland State's Jonas Mathiasen with scores of 6:4 and 6:2. Yu-Han Hsieh had a dominant performance against George Fox's Nanase Ebisu, defeating him with scores of 6:0 and 6:0. Michael Frank fell to Portland State's Luka Jovanovic with scores of 1:6 and 2:6. Oliver Hall fell to Portland State's Kristen Peev with scores of 3:6 and 5:7. Jayden Harrison was defeated by George Fox's Jonah Isa with scores of 7:6, 6:7, and 7:10.
