SACRAMENTO, CALIF-- Seattle U cross country will be competing in the NCAA West Regional Tournament on Friday, November 10 in Sacramento at the Arcade Creek Cross Country Course. The women's 6k will take place at 10am and the men's 10k will take place at 11am.
The top two teams in each regional will secure automatic bids to the championship, and the first four regional finishers not from an automatic qualifying or at-large team also secure an auto-bid to the championships. If a team doesn't secure an automatic bid, it will be up to the NCAA DI Cross Country Subcommittee to select it as one of the 13 at-large teams. The NCAA Championships will be on November 18 in Charlottesville, VA.
