SEATTLE - Seattle U swim held their annual Alumni Meet today at the Redhawk Center. Current and former Redhawks competed in several events to kick off the 2023-24 season.
"Today was a great kick off to the season," said head coach Joe Dykstra. "I'm so grateful to the several dozen alumni that came out. The team raced hard, and everyone had a ton of fun. Now we can focus on the start of regular meets with a tough quad dual in California next weekend"
The events held on the day were the 200 mixed medley relay, 100 free, 50 breast, 50 back, 50 fly, 100 IM, and the 200 mixed free relay.
Seattle U will officially begin the new season down in Riverside next Friday when they compete vs California Baptist, Grand Canyon, and Denver. The two-day meet will start on Friday, Oct. 13 and will end on Saturday.
