SEATTLE – Seattle University men's basketball has unveiled its 11-game, 2023-24 non-conference schedule, which includes eight home contests, a pair of 2023 NCAA Tournament contenders and quality regional match-ups.

"Between reigniting historic regional rivalries and ample opportunity for fans to join at both the Redhawk Center and Climate Pledge Arena, we're excited to announce this slate of non-conference games," said Head Coach Chris Victor. "These 11 games will challenge our team and prepare us for conference play."

Action gets underway Wednesday, Nov. 8 against Prairie View A&M. Homecoming follows on Saturday, Nov. 11 against Montana State, the reigning Big Sky Conference Tournament champions. The three-game homestead concludes against 2023 Big Sky Tournament runner-up Northern Arizona on Nov. 15 at Climate Pledge Arena.

The first of three non-conference road trips takes the Redhawks to 2023 NCAA Tournament participant VCU in Richmond, Va., on Nov. 18. Idaho (Nov. 22) and UC San Diego (Nov. 26) come to Seattle during the Thanksgiving break before Western Athletic Conference play tips-off on Nov. 29 (against Utah Valley) and Dec. 2 (at Southern Utah).

Following finals week, Seattle U will return to action Dec. 9 against Northwest, then head back on the road to face West Coast Conference foe San Francisco (Dec. 13) before returning home to host Washington on Dec. 17 at Climate Pledge Arena.

Non-conference play wraps up with a pair of games against Conference USA opponents. The Redhawks will host Louisiana Tech on Dec. 20 then travel to UTEP on Dec. 30, both games as part of the WAC/CUSA Crossover.

WAC play picks back up in the New Year as the conference slate returns to a more traditional home-and-home schedule, featuring 20 total games.
