SEATTLE, Wash. - Seattle U women's tennis has signed Anastasia-Alexandra Nikolova to its 2023 class, announces Head Coach Kristina Hollander.

SEATTLE, Wash. - Seattle U women's tennis has signed Anastasia-Aleksandra Nikolova to its 2023 class, announces Head Coach Kristina Hollander.

"I am thrilled to welcome Anastasia to Seattle University" says Head Coach Kristina Hollander. "She has an outstanding tennis resume and there's no doubt she will add value to our team and our culture. Anastasia is a wonderful person with an excellent work ethic. Her experience and commitment will make an impact in our program's growth".

Nikolova joins the Redhawks from Varnia, Bulgaria with a resume full of stellar accomplishments and accolades. Nikolova has won U12 and U16 national championships in Bulgaria, and was also the runner up for the U18 Bulgarian national championship.

Nikolova has also won two U14 European titles, and finished as the runner up at the U14 European Championships three times. Additionally, Nikolova has won four ITF Juniors championships and finished as the runner up two separate times. 

Outside of the court, Nikolova is an avid traveler,and she has traveled all over Europe. In addition, Nikolova can speak French, English, Russian, Bulgarian and Turkish. She is the daughter of Petar Nikolov Nikolov, and plans on pursuing a degree in Finance.
