NORMAN, Okla. – Seattle U men's golf has been named to the 2021-22 Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) All-Academic Team award as annouced by the association on Monday.
To be eligible for the GCAA All-Academic Team honor, a college or university had to submit the grade point averages for each player on its official roster. The team's combined grade point average had to be 3.00 or better. Men's golf finished the spring quarter with a team GPA of 3.320.
Last week, Nathan Cogswell, Federico Gutierrez, Blake Kukula and Jack Rahon were all named Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholars by the GCAA. This was the third year in a row that the Redhawks received at least three individual honorees, with all four also being named to the All-WAC Academic team back in June.
