SEATTLE - The Redhawks will host Utah Valley for three games this weekend including Senior Day, set for April 30. Seattle U will honor Kamryn Coleman, Carley Nance, and Hannah Saski on Saturday as that trio play their final regular-season home games at Logan Field. This will be the second weekend series against Utah Valley for the Redhawks, who went 2-1 in Orem earlier this year, including a 16-7 win that saw the Redhawks set new program records for runs scored and hits.

MORE LIKE GRACE LUD-NO-ER
Grace Luderer's hot streak continue at California Baptist as the freshman gave up just one earned run over two complete games. Luderer has a 2.71 ERA over her last six starts, all against WAC opponents, with complete games in all six of those. She has struck out at least five batters in each of those games and needs just eight more strikeouts to be the fourth pitcher in the WAC with 100 strikeouts. The Redhawks have never had a true freshman strike out 100 in a season: Carley Nance struck out a program-record 123 as a redshirt freshman in 2018. Luderer has allowed just one earned run in her last 15.1 innings of work.

RETURN TO THE WAC
Carley Nance threw another complete game last weekend, going a career-best ten innings in the win at California Baptist. Nance has made three starts in WAC play: she has allowed just two total earned runs in that time across 23 innings. Since the beginning of the 2020 season, only one WAC opponent has scored more than three runs against Nance: New Mexico State scored four on May 15, 2021.

WEARING IT
Madison Kahwaty was plunked twice at Washington, giving her 15 HBPs on the season and nine in her last 13 games. Kahwaty is the 15th player in the nation with 15 HBPs this season and leads the WAC in that category. With six regular-season games left to play, Kahwaty has tied the Seattle U single-season HBP record, set by Bailey Thompson last season. She has more HBPs (15) than strikeouts (14) this season.

OL OF THE HITS
Olivia Viggiano is moving up the all-time hits list for the Redhawks. Viggiano now has 182 hits, putting her just three behind Megan MacIsaac and Bubba Morrow for eighth in program history. Viggiano recorded her 50th hit of the season at Washington, giving her a third 50-hit season and making her the seventh WAC player with 50 hits this year. Viggiano is currently on a four-game hit streak and has hits in 14 of her last 16 games.

WHAM BAM THANK YOU KAM
Kamryn Coleman has now set new career highs in every offensive category except triples this season after hitting her first career home run at California Baptist. Coleman hit .444 in her return from injury in the CBU series, including a 3-for-3 game to end the weekend that matched her single-game career high for hits. Coleman had seven career hits entering this season: she has exceeded that total in her last eight games, with three multi-hit games in that time and two three-hit games.
