EUGENE, Ore. - Seattle U track and field concluded its final trip to Hayward Field on Saturday at the Oregon Relays in Eugene, Oregon. Junior Lucas Milne breaks the school record in the 110m hurdles for the second time at Hayward Field this year. The Redhawks also set another two top-ten marks.
Milne beats the previous school record that he set back at the beginning of April by .22, finishing with a time of 15.33 on Saturday. The Kailua, Hawaii, native has broken four school records so far this season. He set new school records in the 60m hurdles and heptathlon during the indoor season and now has broken the 110m hurdles record twice so far in outdoor.
The women's 4x400m relay team of freshman Taylor Marks, junior Regie Grady and Chloe Deleissegues and sophomore Maya McCabe set the fifth all-time program mark with a time of 3:55.96. The men's 4x400 relay team of Milne, freshman Justin Blunden, junior Zach Gonzalez and sophomore Sebbie Law also set a top-ten mark, finishing with a time of 3:26.45 for the tenth all-time mark.
The Redhawks will head to their final regular season meet at the OSU High Performance Meet in Corvallis, Oregon, from Apr. 29-30.
