Seattle U men's tennis returns to the road this weekend for two matches in California against UC Davis and Sacramento State.

DAVIS, Calif. - Seattle U men's tennis returns to the road this weekend for two matches in California over two days. 

The Redhawks begin the weekend with UC Davis on Saturday at the Marya Welch Tennis Center in Davis, Calif., with the match slated to start at 2 p.m. and conclude their stay against Sacramento State at the Campus Tennis Center in Sacramento with doubles play opening the match at 1 p.m. Both matches will not feature live streaming or stats. 

Last time out, Seattle U defeated Pacific, 6-3, in Forest Grove, Oregon. Sophomore Mats Krause and freshman Michael Frank clinched their fifth straight victory as a pairing in this match, the longest win streak of a pairing this season. Frank and Krause also enjoyed successful weekends in singles play, finishing undefeated over their two matches. 

On Feburary 16, Seattle U sophomore Julian Worn and freshman Veselin Kiselkov and Filip Stipic were named as the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Men's Tennis Athletes of the Week. Stipic earned singles Player of the Week honors while, the paring of Kiselkov and Worn claimed doubles Team of the Week accolades.
