ST. GEORGE, UTAH — On the last day of the Western Athletic Conference Women's Swim Championships, Seattle U had 11 individuals compete during the evening session.

"I'm really proud of the this team and how they competed all week," said Redhawks head coach Craig Nisgor. "It has been a very tough year with everything going on and the challenges of trying to keep everyone safe. What they accomplished this over the last four days, considering all that we haven't been able to do, makes me really happy and shows the determinationa and resilience this group has. The underclassmen got some really good experience and it great to see this team truly be able to bond and come together."

Headlining the final order of events for the Redhawks was sophomore Danika Himes, who repeated as an All-WAC performer in the 200 breaststroke. Himes earned second team honors with an eighth-place finish as she touched in at 2:20.42. This was her second all-conference award of the week and fifth of her career.

Also competing in the 200 breaststroke were sophomores Isabella Guadiamos (2:27.77) and Caitlin Caruso (2:29.38), as both participated in the C-Final.
