SEATTLE - While many collegiate athletes were forced to take long breaks from competitive play in the latter part of 2020, some members of Seattle U's men's golf team were fortunate enough to be able to participate in events near their hometowns.
Junior Nathan Cogswell competed in 10 tournaments spanning from August 2020 to January 2021. Cogswell had many memorable finishes including first-place finishes at the Northwest Open Invitational and the Puget Sound Amateur. He was also able to force a playoff at the Coca Cola Pierce County Amateur, the Washington Golf Association Men's Champion of Champions and the US Amateur Four Ball Qualifier, finishing runner-up at all three events.
