SEATTLE – Brody Nunn, a 6-2 guard hailing from Melbourne, Australia, has signed a National Letter of Intent to continue his playing career and education at Seattle U beginning in 2021.

SEATTLE – Brody Nunn, a 6-2 guard hailing from Melbourne, Australia, has signed a National Letter of Intent to continue his playing career and education at Seattle U beginning in 2021.

"Brody is an outstanding shooter and very skilled guard," said Head Coach Jim Hayford said. "He is great in the classroom and will be a great leader on our campus."

Nunn attends Haileybury College in Melbourne, where he averaged 18.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 4.0 assists per game during his junior season in 2019. 

He has also been a member of the U20 Victorian state team. Nunn averaged 12.0 points, 3.0 assists and 2.0 rebounds per game during the 2020 National Junior Championships. He shot 63 percent from the 3-point line during the U20 nationals, setting an all-time tournament record. His total makes ranked fourth during tournament play.

Nunn competed for the Sandringham Sabers U18 team in the Southern Basketball Association, winning the 2018 U18 Victoria championship. During that 2018 season, he led the entire National Classic Tournament in made three-pointers with 27 while shooting at a 47 percent clip.
 
Current Redhawk freshman Kobe Williamson was Nunn's teammate at Haileybury, the Victorian state team and the Sandringham Sabers.
