WAC Releases Women's Soccer 2021 Schedule

DENVER – The Western Athletic Conference (WAC) has announced its schedule for the upcoming 2021 season. Seattle University women's soccer will host seven conference games at Championship Field, as the season kicks off on Feb. 18 and runs through to the six-team WAC Tournament on Apr. 13 at Grand Canyon.

DENVER – The Western Athletic Conference (WAC) has announced its schedule for the upcoming 2021 season. Seattle University women's soccer will host seven conference games at Championship Field, as the season kicks off on Feb. 18 and runs through to the six-team WAC Tournament on Apr. 13 at Grand Canyon.

Coach Julie Woodward will enter her 24th season as SU head coach. The Redhawks won the 2019 WAC regular-season and tournament titles, qualifying for their fifth NCAA Tournament since 2013.
 
SU will travel to UTRGV for two games on Feb. 18 and Feb. 20. The Redhawks welcome California Baptist for the home opener on Saturday, Feb. 27.
 
The following weekend, Seattle U heads to new conference member Dixie State for a pair of games. SU then hosts Grand Canyon at Championship Field on Mar. 11 and Mar. 13. Chicago State then visits for two matches the next weekend.
 
On Mar. 25 and Mar. 27, the Redhawks make a trip to Utah Valley for two games before returning to campus for the final two home matches with New Mexico State on Apr. 1 and Apr. 3. SU closes the regular season with a game at CBU on Apr. 9.
 
The 2021 WAC Tournament will run from Apr. 13-17 at GCU. All six eligible teams will qualify for the tournament, as CBU and Dixie State will be ineligible as part of their transition to the WAC.
