SEATTLE – Seattle University women's basketball has signed Bree Calhoun for the 2020-21 season. Calhoun will have two years of eligibility remaining with the Redhawks.
"Bree had a two tremendous seasons at Moorpark and we feel fortunate she selected Seattle University for her next phase of academics and athletics," said Seattle U Head Coach Suzy Barcomb. "She plays at a high level and brings a great deal of court experience with her. She has a great energy about her."
Calhoun was a standout performer at Moorpark (Calif.) College for the last two seasons. She led her team to a 27-1 record in 2019-20, averaging 17.7 points, 8.6 assists, and 5.6 steals per game. The year prior, she helped Moorpark win 32 games and advance to the state finals.
At Bishop Alemany High, Calhoun helped her team win a state championship in her senior year.
