Men's Soccer
Seattle U beat Utah Valley, 2-0, on Sept. 30, 2016, as SU celebrated its 50th anniversary with a halftime ceremony at Championship Field. Sergio Rivas and Sam Langston scored in the win, while Jordan Hadden tallied four saves for the shutout in goal.
Women's Soccer
The Redhawks beat Utah Valley, 2-1, on Sept. 28, 2014, to open WAC play. Stephanie Spiekerman scored the game-winning goal in the 78th minute, while Taylor Ritzman added a goal and Brianna Smallidge made four saves in net.
Volleyball
SU defeated Grand Canyon on the road, 3-1, on Sept. 30, 2017. The Redhawks and Lopes split the first two sets (25-22, 20-25) before Seattle U rattled off a 25-12 decision in the third and a 25-23 result to secure the victory. Katarina Marinkovic (16 kills), Shae Harris (44 assists), Maja Stojanovic (11 blocks) and Tijana Milojevic (25 digs) each finished with match-highs. Stojanovic's 11 assisted blocks is currently tied-fourth on the program's Division I-era records.
Cross Country
Seattle U's men and women both won at the Viking Classic on Oct. 4, 2014. Sophie Curatilo finished first in the women's three-mile race with a time of 16:48.40, almost seven full seconds ahead of her nearest competitor. Gus Arroyo led the men with a fourth-place finish in the race.
