SEATTLE – Seattle University softball has announced the signing of Kamryn Coleman to complete the Class of 2020. Coleman will be a junior at SU and has three years of eligibility remaining.

"Kamryn will be a two-way player in our program," said Head Coach Geoff Hirai. "She is a local player that has Division I experience in the circle and in the batter's box. She fits our culture of our program perfectly and will be a great addition."

Coleman, a native of Walla Walla, Wash., played the last two years at Central Arkansas. She played in 54 games, including 19 appearances in the circle.

At Walla Walla High, Coleman was a first team selection, league most valuable player and All-Area Most Valuable Player.

SU saw its 2020 season canceled due to COVID-19 in March. It returns a strong group, led by the senior class, which each decided to come back for another season in 2021.
