SEATTLE - Seattle University was recognized at the 2020 National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) "Best Of" Awards on Wednesday, with three Redhawk promotions earning medals at the event. Seattle U won gold in the Student Promotion contest.
SU was a finalist in three categories-Digital Video Segment, Student Promotion, and Fan Giveaway Promotion. In the Student Promotion category, SU's Mascot Mystery at the men's basketball's game on Nov. 24 at the Redhawk Center claimed gold medal honors. Seattle U took home silver in the Fan Giveaway Promotion contest, as the Caffe D'arte Coffee Cup at the men's soccer match on Sept. 12 resulted in a success on and off Championship Field. Fans received free cups of coffee and bags of coffee when SU scored. The Redhawks took bronze in the Digital Video Segment category for their men's basketball schedule release video.
