COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The Seattle U women's swim team concluded its trip to the Centennial State on Saturday, falling to Air Force, 174-54, and Northern Colorado, 181-49.

Freshman Danika Himes earned the Redhawks' lone podium finish on the day, as she claimed second in the 200-yard Individual Medley, touching in at 2:13.18.

Allison Plamondon, Sherlyn Devadason and Julia Gorman also had notable individual performances, despite finishing outside the top three. Plamondon finish, 25.06, was less than two-tenths of second off the third-place time, taking fourth in the race. Devadason also tallied a fourth-place finish in the 100 butterfly, as she logged a time of 1:00.45, falling just .44-seconds of third. Gorman meanwhile earned fifth in the 100 freestyle, 54.98, and was six-tenths of a second from third-place points for Seattle U.

The Redhawks however wrapped up the day with a third-place finish in the 200 freestyle relay as the team of Jayna Van Stone, Gorman, Audrey Dixon and Plamondon, posted a collective time of 1:41.30.

Seattle U will close its regular season slate at home on Feb. 1, when it goes head-to-head with Western Athletic Conference foe, Idaho.
