SAN DIEGO, Calif. --- Seattle U women's swimming will wrap-up its winter training session in Coronado, Calif., on Friday, Dec. 20 when it takes on Vanderbilt and San Diego State in an exhibition meet. The Redhawks have won each of their last four head-to-head meets and are coming off a strong appearance at the Husky Invitational.
ABOUT THE COMPETITION:
Vanderbilt?????
• The Commodores are led by head coach Jeremy Organ who's in his 14th season at the helm.
• Vanderbilt competes in the SEC and finished 12th last season.
• Vandy last competed in the US Open in Atlanta (Dec. 7-8) after notching a third-place finish in the TYR '85 Invite hosted by Liberty (Nov. 22-24).
San Diego State?????
• The Aztecs are led by head coach Mike Shrader, who is in his 11th season with the program.
• This will be SDSU's first event since Thanksgiving Week when it took part in the Mizzou Invitational.
• San Diego State were crowned the Mountain West champion a season ago.
