Visit Donny Harrel's Redhawk Baseball Institute
SEATTLE — Registration is now open for Donny Harrel’s Redhawk Baseball Institute Camps and will include sessions for hitters, pitchers and catchers as well as an all-around day.
Harrel will open the slate of sessions with an Ultimate Hitting Camp on December 14-15. This two-day instructional recruiting camp provides high school-aged participants an opportunity to learn and develop their offensive talents in hitting. The camp will use game-situations to enhance each ball player’s ability to be a greater threat at the plate and will use “Hit Trax” to analyze each hitter’s exit velocity and launch angle. On December 21-22, Harrell and his staff will host a Youth Hitting Camp for those kids between the ages of 13-15. This two-day instructional camp will provide an opportunity to learn and develop their offensive talents in hitting and also improve their bat control for situational hitting. Bat speed, exit velocity and launch angle will be analyzed. Campers will work alongside the Seattle U players and coaching staff. Harrel and his staff will host a Pitcher/Catcher Showcase Camp on January 11-12. This is the ultimate instructional and evaluation camp in Washington. Student-athletes will learn updated cutting edge pitching and catching techniques to get ready for the 2020 season while working with college coaches and professional scouts. Both pitchers and catchers will receive information packets, attend seminars from guest instructors and get personal evaluations. Representatives from every level of college baseball present. On February 1-2, Harrel and his staff will host Spring Training Instructional Prospect Camp for high school aged participants.
