BROOKINGS, S.D. – Seniors Shae Harris and Maja Stojanovic were Seattle Unversity's selections to the Comfort Suites University Jackrabbit Invitational All-Tournament Team.
The duo led the Redhawks to a 2-1 record in three matches in Brookings, S.D., including straight-set sweeps of host South Dakota State and Weber State.
Harris averaged 10.44 assists per set while quarterbacking the Seattle U offense. The senior also added four kills, two aces, 1.33 digs and 0.89 blocks per set.
Stojanovic also had a solid weekend of play, averaging 2.25 kills per set while hitting at a .385 percentage. The middle blocker added four aces, six digs and three blocks.
The 3-3 Redhawks remain on the road for one more week, traveling to the California state capital to take part on the Sacramento State Invitational Sept. 7-8. Seattle U's home opener is set for Sept. 14 agaisnt Tennessee Tech as part of the Redhawk Invitational.
