SEATTLE – (April 10) Seattle University women’s basketball will host its annual team banquet on Tuesday, April 24. The Redhawks will celebrate their first-ever WAC Championship at the Crowne Plaza Downtown.

Seattle U, under second-year coach Suzy Barcomb, won its first-ever WAC title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in the 2017-18 season. It won 18 games, including a 57-54 win over CSU Bakersfield in the conference championship game. Alexis Montgomery led the team in points, rebounds, assists, and blocks on her way to earning All-WAC First Team honors.
