NORFOLK, Va. – (Jan. 29) Seattle University women’s swimming secured College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association Scholar All-America Team honors for Fall 2017.
This fall, SU recorded a 3.59 grade point average. Coach Craig Nisgor's group has earned Scholar All-America Team citations in each of the last 13 academic terms. The 3.59 GPA this fall is tied for 12th among Division I women's programs.
To be honored, a team must have at least a 3.0 GPA for the designated term. SU was one of six Western Athletic Conference women’s programs to be recognized. A total of 688 teams across the NCAA picked up honors this fall.
