PULLMAN, Wash. - (Sept. 21) Senior Dorsey Addicks shot a three-round score of 222 to finishing tied for 15th place overall as the Seattle University women’s golf team placed sixth in the 10-team field at the Washington State University Cougar Cup. The tournament was contested on Monday and Tuesday at Palouse Ridge in Pullman, Wash.

Addicks and fellow senior Jamie Huo each shot a 73 in the final round of play on the par 72 course - the low score for each Redhawk. The highlight of Tuesday was freshman Kelly Hunt who shot an even par 72 in her final round. The rookie, who was competing as an individual, finished tied for 36th overall.

“This was a really good start to the year,” said Head Coach Marc Chandonnet. “We lowered our team stroke average by five and I’m very excited for Kelly shooting par on her final round.”

Addicks was the low scorer for the Redhawks shooting 75-74-73 over her three rounds. Huo shot 75-78-73 to finish tied for 25th along with sophomore Linette Chua, who shot 75-76-75 for a three-round score of 226.
