Seattle University women's golf juniors Dorsey Addicks and Ellen Brantberg were named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team, as announced by the association Tuesday.

They were part of a prestigious list with other women's collegiate golfers from all across the country. The criteria for the All-American Scholar Team is among some of the toughest in the country, as the minimum cumulative GPA is a 3.50.

The WGCA is a non-profit organization which represents women's collegiate golf coaches. The association encourages college golf play for women in conjunction with education. The WGCA represents 600 coaches throughout the United States and is committed to educating, promoting, and recognizing its members and the student-athletes each coach represents.
