Two-time WAC champion Blaise Wittenauer-Lee (Portland, Ore.) adds to her list of accomplishments after a successful season, receiving Honorable Mention on the 2015-16 College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-Americans list. She is one of 26 student-athletes from the WAC named to the list.
To receive Honorable Mention on the CSCAA Scholar All-America Team, swimmers and divers must have achieved a 3.50 GPA and achieved a “B” time standard or competed at their respective diving qualifying meets. The selections were drawn from 247 colleges and universities.
Wittenauer-Lee won the Seattle U swim program’s first two WAC championships in 2016 in the 100 and 200 breaststroke and heads to Olympic trials in Omaha, Neb at the end of June.
Founded in 1922, the CSCAA is the oldest organization of college coaches in America and is a professional organization of college swimming and diving coaches. The organization is dedicated to serving and providing leadership for the advancement of the sport of swimming and diving at the collegiate level.
